Returns & Exchanges

At SeaVees, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Whether the fit isn't quite right or you've changed your mind, our goal is to make the process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate your return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to send back and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Package Your Shoes

  Place your unworn shoes back in their original SeaVees box and secure them inside a shipping mailer with the label attached.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed once our warehouse receives and inspects the items.
